  • 75 gr iceberg Lettuce
  • Half of avocado Jardinière
  • 40 gr pineapple chank
  • 40 gr tomato chank
  • 20 gr water cress ok
  • 30 gr mozzarella jardinière
  • 1tsp oyster sauce
  • 100 gr rib eye
  • 20 gr tortilla chips
  • 20 ml Thai dressing
  • 20 ml Lime dressing
  • Garlic for beef chopped
Mixed the lettuce with cucumber, tomato, avocado, pineapple, mozzarella, Toast all of them with lemon dressing.
*Lemon dressing
  • ½ pcs yellow lemon   ok
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • Salt/pepper to taste
Whisk the oil with lemon and salt/pepper
*Grilled Beef:
Marinated the beef with garlic and oyster sauce, and some oil then grilled the beef accordingly. Serve the beef with mixed salad and pour the Balinese dressing over the beef
*Balinese dressing
  • Coconut oil
  • Lemon leaves, thinly slice
  • Shallot, thinly sliced
  • Lime juice Squeezed
  • Chili chopped
  • Grilled Shrimp paste
How to Prepare:
Mixed all above ingredients, and serve.
